It depends on which team you’re a part of. I am in a great team, with an amazing work atmosphere
I personally am able to balance personal life and work without issue. Of course there are times where projects are in hotter phases and sacrifices need to be made, but this is the exception not the rule in our team
Like I mentioned above, it depends on the team you are. My team is working great together and harmonious and supportive
I have an amazing superior, they are trusting and encouraging. Hearing the opinions of the team and the members and doing their best to create a healthy and great work atmosphere.
We have regular company wide meetings and a newsletter, updating the employees on developments
There are interesting high intensity project phases and slower more routine phases like everywhere
really fast pace environment with a lots of change and speed
As you can imagine in a company in this phase of growth, there is a lot to do and the speed is really high.
Highly performing teams with great people to work with
Currently improving more and more
Sky is the limit
The office is modern and very functional. We have everything we need, and if not, it is really easy to make a request on how things could be improved.
It is a company with many awards and with ongoing progresses.
Excellent.
It seems like the company provides good career paths
The salary for an intern is very good. However, there are very few advantages if you are an intern and not a full-time employee.
Excellent.
It seems that people really get along with each other, but as a new intern it is a bit difficult to fit in the existent groups outside the team you work in.
I do not think the age is the issue, but it is quite difficult to approach people outside your team to build a relationship.
Excellent. Very approachable and attentive.
Excellent.
It is really easy to approach people via our internal communication system, and that despite the location of the employees.
Nothing to point out.
For an intern, the tasks are multiple and some are more interesting than others.
An excellent work environment, strong team spirit, supportive management, interesting projects, and real opportunities for growth.
Compensation and benefits are lower compared to similar positions in other countries, but overall this is outweighed by the positive work culture and environment.
Further alignment of compensation and benefits across countries could strengthen long-term retention. Continued investment in career development and internal mobility would be beneficial.
The work atmosphere is very positive and motivating. There is a strong sense of trust, support, and professionalism, which makes daily work enjoyable
Work-life balance is respected. There is flexibility and understanding of personal needs.
There are good opportunities for career growth and professional development. Learning, responsibility, and long-term progression are encouraged.
There is a strong team spirit, at least in my department. Colleagues are supportive, cooperative, and willing to help each other, even across teams and roles
Management is professional, approachable, and supportive. Team leads/head of departments trust their teams and provide guidance without unnecessary micromanagement
The work environment is modern, comfortable, and well organized. Tools and resources support efficient and focused work.
Communication is generally clear and transparent. Teams are approachable, feedback is welcomed
Salary and benefits are fair within the local market. Compared to similar roles in Germany, compensation in Spain is lower despite similar responsibilities and experience
The tasks are interesting, challenging, and meaningful. There is variety in daily work and opportunities to take responsibility and work on impactful projects
I believe that the salary and benefits are better than those offered by most employers. However, providing support for students, such as transportation tickets, could be a valuable additional benefit.
As a working student, I am very flexible with my days/hours which is perfect for balance!
The company offers strong opportunities for personal development. As it is a relatively new and young company, the workforce is generally young, which, in my view, makes the environment very competitive.
It is higher than the industry/field avg.
The team I am working with is very helpful; they always take the time to support others.
They are very down-to-earth, and we always maintain a realistic approach.
The office environment is excellent, and I was provided with high-quality equipment, even though, as a working student, I likely do not require all of it.
I receive regular feedback from my supervisor, which reflects clear communication and motivates me.
The tasks are enjoyable; however, I would not consider them highly interesting, as they can be repetitive.
The overall culture is great: there are constant opportunities to network internally, pressure is not excessively high and people are still very productive (which says a lot), and the working environment is nice. Also, the ESG sector is growing and so is the company, which makes it all the more interesting.
I'm yet to see an outright bad aspect of the company. My first few weeks have been correct.
I'm joining the company during a period of low demand, which is rather rare. Because of this, my suggestion is quite specific: to approach proactive employees during low-demand periods to help them better provide value for the company.
Everyone has been open and eager to help so far.
The company seems to healthy and growing. I think it has a very good image.
I've been able to find good work-life balance while working in osapiens.
I'm still to discover the possibilities for internal mobility, as well as training and further education. I've seen the company is open to both, which is good, but I haven't seen much yet.
Very competitive salaries compared to similar roles in Spain. I've seen comments noting that compensation varies by country, but I don't consider this an issue.
All good.
Good overall.
All good so far.
Superiors have always been open and respectful when I approach them. I haven't had issues so far (6 weeks in), so I cannot yet comment on their behavior in challenging situations.
Good working hours, great office and working equipment (PC, headset, etc), and a good location. Some reviews mention a lack of benefits, but I don't see this as a problem.
Very good communication when approaching anyone in the company. I'm only missing teammates and superiors approaching me to get my feedback from my first few weeks.
There's people from many countries. I think this is a strong point of the company.
I'm joining the company in a somewhat rare period, where my department has a particularly low workload. I would have appreciated a discussion regarding this to better allocate my efforts.
Wer früh geht, bekommt schonmal n Spruch.
The topics at hand are evolving daily, and osapiens is able to quickly react to these changes. The people are international, young and ready for the tasks at hand.
The work processes are not that transparent and hard to navigate, sometimes they do not exist. As a new starter you are expected to proactively mold your tasks and be able to work on your own.
It is quite nice to be in the office with everyone
I choose my own hours flexibly and can be offline without any pressure
The company has its own academy offerings where one can learn about the different regulations and how the software itself works which is quite good. There aren't any offers beyond that
Everyone is friendly and open to help you out
The company is still rapidly growing. Due to this it is quite hard to navigate who you need to communicate with in the first weeks. However you get up to speed quite quickly.
As a working student you get an above average salary for the hour. However there is no cheap lunch option as there is no cafeteria, and there are no benefits like gym memberships etc.
Working students get to directly engage with the customers right from the first week, which is much more interesting in comparison to being a student in other companies. Although they are obviously still tasks the full-time colleagues do not have time/interest to tackle, so it can get repetitive.
I really enjoy the work environment at osapiens. People are very friendly, collaborative and motivated to move the company forward.
Further, although the work load is not low, at least in my team I don't feel like anyone is pressured to work above their capacity.
From my point of view benefits and internal development options can be improved. Currently I don't know of any internal development paths, however, I expect this to be set up with continued development of internal structured and processes.
Throughout the onboarding everyone was extremely helpful and willing to take time to walk through any questions. I also appreciate the onboarding system in which you have both an onboarding manager, who is dedicated to running through the structured learning path + a buddy for further questions and meeting support.
Benefits can definitely be improved, currently there really are none. However, I know this is something the HR team is working on.
Due to the current strong growth, communication sometimes takes a bit longer until it reaches the field team. However, the direct managers are concerned about communicating important updates and regular department meetings ensure that everyone is up-to-date.
Although I don't feel like this would be a blocker for ascending on the career ladder, as of now, diverse representation within the management is not very high. However, I hope this will change with continued growth.
