After you pass about all this and get fired without a proper reason, you reach an agreement in court with the employer and he does not even comply with what he agreed to.

Just quit. Work and job market is better without this company and CEO.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

ALTrap Team is nice, the rest of the company is cramped in the same room, shouting 24/7, CEO does not care how much the """support""" shouting breaks developers concentration.

One customer. No public image. No environmental or personal investments. And so on.

Work-Life-Balance

There is none. You must be in the company all times, no home office. Do you need to receive a package? Do you need to take your dying cat to the vet? Do you have to pick up your parents at the airport? Or anything else that would demand you to be home for 2 hours? A big FU from the CEO, you must be at the office, 8 hours a day.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

If you keep doing courses to better your CV the CEO and team lead will only see it as a waste of time. Training on newer technologies is the same, nobody cares. You are robot to print code, nothing more.

Gehalt/Benefits

There are not benefits! Also salary is extremely under average compared to any other company in the field (This was confirmed to be by the JobCenter and Agentur für Arbeit). If you are an immigrant? Get ready to be used money wise.

Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein

Money comes first, whatever anything else.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

About the only thing good about this company, excluding the CEO and team lead, the other 5 software developer do understand your pain and try to help.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

The only older colleague hired on the 3 years I worked for this company was fired within 2 months (CEO does not care about old people that are new in the company).

Vorgesetztenverhalten

There is none! Construct Criticism is seen as complaint. Project management? Nope. Ticket management? Nope. ISO or any efficiency standards? Nope. Understanding the employee? Nope. Salary raises? Promises never fulfilled. Oh you are having a burnout crisis because of your workplace? They don't care, you are fired. And again the list goes on.

Arbeitsbedingungen

Horrible. No benefits, no salary raises, no flexibility, no understanding, people nosing your work, no proper project management, no proper management, CEO does not care. List goes on.

Kommunikation

No communication at all, JIRA tickets have only a title and no description (still you are expected to know everything), there is no feedback meetings (you have to use a crystal ball to try to find out if you are doing well or not), CEO never tries to understand your side or why projects are delayed, it's all or nothing every time. Team Lead despite being a nice person is just the father of the child and does no project management at all. If they hire you saying "you don't need German we just want you to route development", it's a lie, they lie a lot (about bonus, salary raises, project management, ticket management and standards). The list goes on.

Gleichberechtigung

I would give a bigger rating because there are some people outside of Germany hired by this company but the company takes advantage of that to underpay them all.
