Es ist ein Personalwechsel in der GF und oberste Leitungsebene erforderlich.
Wir brauchen jemanden mit:
- Branchenkenntnis
- Engagement
- Fähigkeiten in der Personalführung
- Empathie
- Rückgrat
Wenn das der Fall ist sehe ich wieder eine Chance für die Firma für den Standort.
So wie es jetzt ist....leider nicht
