They definitely underpay the employees as most of employees are coming from direct hire out of EU and the company is using this as its own benefit

They are the worst in company and brain washing people who they hire from developing countries

Toxic, they do mental abuse of their employees. And there is no such a thing as confidentiality, one year after I left the company a former colleague that also left the company, shared that my whole personal data leaked inside with all employees and company even didn’t informed me.
Gleichberechtigung
They family bond is stronger in company and it has big gap vs EU quality for people coming directly from developing countries and not knowing EU laws and standards
