Managers and above do not have backbones to stand up against wrong decisions from the executives.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Don't treat people outside the US as if they were all uneducated. Stop making decisions based on emotions, make them based on logic and stick to them for a change
Work-Life-Balance
they do not care about time zones and expect you to be available whenever it pleases them, even if that means middle of the night for you
Gehalt/Benefits
Salary is on the lowest levels and you have to fight for minimal increases, unless you work in the US and earn the big bucks.

Complete disaster. Feedback is not given constructively and collected over several months to throw it in your face all at once with some imaginary additions that have never taken place, just to show the american way of "we are the best, we rule the world"
Kommunikation
Communication only exists amongst the team. Executive Management only communicates when things are damaged already to try and find people to blame for their bad business decisions.
