Der soziale Zusammenhalt wird durch tolle Team Events gefördert. Der Chef persönlich macht sich immer Gedanken, wozu er als nächstes einladen könnte. Zudem arbeitet man "auf Augenhöhe" mit den Chefs zusammen. Zumindest geben sie einem immer dieses wichtige Gefühl...
What I dislike about the employer
Ich war sehr gerne Mitarbeiter des Unternehmens und Mitglied im Team.
Als Elternzeitvertretung war mein Vertrag leider befristet.
