I wanted to share my disappointment regarding the interview process I recently experienced, as it felt extremely unprofessional.

The recruiter joined the interview 25 minutes late, sending two emails about the delay only after the scheduled start time.
The interview itself lasted barely 25 minutes, and when I tried to ask questions, I was told there was no time as the recruiter had to jump into another meeting.
It then took two weeks to receive feedback, only to be rejected with a standard template response.
In a challenging job market, candidates invest considerable time and effort to present their best selves. Encountering a process like this is not just disheartening but also frustrating. As a recruiter myself, I understand the importance of respecting candidates' time and efforts. I would never treat my candidates in such a dismissive manner.

I hope this feedback serves as a reminder to ensure a better, more respectful experience for future candidates.
