Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The salary was good and I worked with very bright, nice and helpful people.
International team with ~10+ nationalities and nice office right next to Checkpoint Charlie.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The company was founded by ex-delivery hero staff. The core team is a closed circle of ex-delivery hero people. If you're not one of them then your contribution and opinion gets easily ignored. The CEO has his own small office and you can sense that people are either afraid or try to get out of his way. In meetings he exposed people publicly and acts unreasonably. Conversations and discussions are centralized around what might please the CEO and not on merit or whats good for the customer or the company. Decisions and knowledge is shared only in the ex-delivery hero closed circle. People are laid off without any note from one day to the other. There was no onboarding for me besides the general department intros. Almost no written information, decisions or documentation in general.
They expect you to quickly contribute while not giving any feedback on performance. There did not seem to be any plan for my role.

They should think about what they need and want from a position before hiring people. They should think about how and when to give employees feedback if they perceive performance to be off.
Company culture and leadership is so far off that I don't know how they could fix it other then replacing the leadership team and hiring other people then ex- delivery hero staff.
