Very poor. There are bi-weekly all-hands but everything is made to sound rosy and positive when the reality is pretty much the opposite.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Probably the only positive about this company. You'll be working with smart folks (who have also been fooled into working here)
Arbeitsbedingungen
Very poor. Not enough meeting rooms, or quiet areas. Winters felt like you were working from a freezer. Location is central but horrible since it's right next to Checkpoint Charlie so a location filled with overpriced food and tourists.

Don't think they really care.

Salary distribution is wild for such a young startup. But hey, you need to overpay to trick people into joining your highly dysfunctional organization.

Reviews across platforms like Glasdoor are having its impact. So as an employer, the image is poor in Berlin. Candidates have rejected offers because of the poor reviews, so that's a positive.
