Kommunikation ist im Sika-Konzern ein Fremdwort. Infos werden bewusst zurückgehalten. Außendienst wird bewusst mit wenig Infos gefüttert.
In meiner Abteilung ist der Zusammenhalt gut. Man lässt sich zusammen über das Vorgesetzten-Verhalten aus.
Arbeitszeit kann im Außendienst flexibel eingeteilt werden. (Solange die Zahlen passen)
