peekd is at this point not broadly know within the public. Those who do know it speak very highly of it.
Flexible vacation and work from home policies. Still, the work needs to get done, for sure.
It really comes down to you - I think there is a huge potential to develop and take on new tasks if you want that and push for it.
If you are solely optimizing for salary peekd is probably not your best choice. Even though I don't know many startups able to the salaries peeked does while running a profitable business. As in every startup, it's the share package that makes things exciting.
Even being a freelancer I immediately felt like part of the team. The company has flat hierarchies and a good sense of working together as a team in order to do what needs to be done to deliver an awesome solution.

Mainly male team members but I do feel I can do the same things / have the same possibilities as a woman.
peekd has such a unique and valuable service offering with so much potential. I truly believe they are on the verge to completely disrupting the industry. Couldn't imagine something more interesting than being part of this journey.
