Interesting challenges, generally good people with the right mindset, striving to improve
Growth pains (startup to scale-up transformation) are still an issue
The pay is medium, Berlin branch could benefit from extended incentives (more vacation days, bonuses, etc)
The corporate culture at TravelPerk is truly remarkable. You are seen as a person and not just a number in the system. The salary is very good for Spain and there are great events that strengthen team cohesion and enable real IRL connections. The growth opportunities are exciting and the barista in the office makes the best coffee you can imagine. There are also great benefits that make the working day enjoyable.
There are only 20 days a year when you can work from anywhere, which might be limiting for some. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed in the office, which is a shame for animal lovers. The food in the canteen is okay, but could be better.
Viele Last Minute Entscheidungen darauf muss man sich einstellen
Healthy work culture, work-life balance, growing company led by smart people. Events are also crazy good.
3 days in the office mandatory and dogs are not allowed in the office.
Salaries aren't the highest, but in sales you can make up for it with fair bonuses and incentives.
