It is great for other departments but not for Media team as they are treated as a separate unit.

It is quite a result oriented company so all the updates are shared regularly.

Absolutely a big no. Work life balance is not appreciated, everything is treated as a prio, and there are multiple stakeholders whom you are answerable to. You are expected to perform 140% if you want a promotion, still you would be used for more than a year.

Media specialists are treated as BTA, with chemical tariff.
