There is no communication really between people. The management tells you what to do and you have to follow. Thats it!!! So do not waste your time trying to be creative or think that your suggestions are appreciated.

Colleagues only try to take care of themselves because they are constantly under so much pressure and do not want to take the blame for others.
Work-Life-Balance
You are getting minimum vacation and even with this minimum vacation, the management rejects the annual leave constantly without any reason.
You have to work 40 hours a week and God forbid if you only work 39 hours, you will get a message from hr immediately that you have to complete your time.
Also, do not try to get sick because the management will call you and ask why are you getting sick and tells you he cannot accept your sick leave.
