Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I met amazing people who hold a big place in my heart. Through the fight with the company, I was able to find myself again.
I’ve become stronger and I know that I never want to work in a company like that again.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

I think the points mentioned above are already enough to show what’s not good.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

I don’t think the company is capable of doing anything “better.” I still hear so many things that go on there today, and I don’t think anything will ever change. I’m so glad I’m no longer a part of it.

Arbeitsatmosphäre

It’s hard to describe. It’s a company that takes a lot from you but gives nothing back. People aren’t taken seriously or appreciated. If your performance isn’t good enough, you get fired. If you don’t function like a robot, you’re out faster than you can blink. And honestly, for anyone, it would be a gift to get out of there.

Kommunikation

The communication is very poor. There’s a lot of talking, but nothing is actually implemented. When it comes to terminations, you’re not informed beforehand — you’re simply dismissed. Feedback meetings don’t take place regularly, so you don’t really have a proper point of contact.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

There’s occasional solidarity among colleagues, but it gets thrown out the window in the next moment. Everyone wants to prove themselves and will do almost anything for it. In the process, many people lose face.

Work-Life-Balance

If you work there, you no longer have a private life. All your energy gets drained. You work yourself to the point of burnout.

Vorgesetztenverhalten

For me, some of the captains, supervisors or manager aren’t real leaders who should be in that role. You’re not taken seriously, they get overwhelmed quickly, and instead of motivating people, they criticize and tear them down for “mistakes.”

Gehalt/Benefits

You’re doing the work of five people and not even getting paid well for it. There’s no Christmas bonus or contribution toward transportation costs.

Image

Many people who work there aren’t happy. But unfortunately, most have no other option, as for various reasons (visa, language, etc.) they can’t work elsewhere or can’t find another job

Karriere/Weiterbildung

At first, everything seems great and you’re promised a lot, but in the end, you’re not really given many opportunities there.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with Picnic. I appreciate your openness and the detailed feedback.

I’m glad to hear that you met some amazing colleagues and that these connections had a positive impact on you. Building strong relationships and providing support within the team is very important to us, so it’s good to see that you experienced this.

At the same time, I take your concerns seriously. You mentioned that achieving a work-life balance was extremely challenging and that the workload was intense; this is important feedback that we need to reflect on. I also understand your points about communication, feedback meetings and keeping you informed about decisions. Clear and timely communication is essential in these areas, and your experience shows that we can improve.

You also raised issues regarding management and leadership, including the need for more support, motivation and constructive guidance from supervisors. Additionally, your points about compensation, benefits and career development are valuable. We want our teams to feel fairly recognised and supported in both their workload and their opportunities for growth.

Your feedback will be shared internally so that we can learn from it and continue to improve our processes. If you would like to share more detailed experiences or suggestions, please feel free to contact us at feedback.supplychain@teampicnic.com.

Thank you again for your honest feedback and for the time you spent with the Picnic team.
