Best balance between letting me work for weeks with full trust in the results and sitting together when I needed support. Always open for a chat, and 'official' half-yearly feedback talks.

Arbeitsbedingungen

High expectations, but supportive and very self determined. Flat hierarchy.

Kommunikation

Communication tools are state of the art, but there should be more standardized workflows to make better use of them.

Interessante Aufgaben

Within the roadmap priorities a lot of choice between projects, taking into account my interests and goals whenever possible.

Organization/Administration could be better. HR is distributed only.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

In certain aspects PlagScan could grow up faster. The start-up part is fun, but that's no excuse to mature in administration and organization. Hope to see the optimal compromise between both.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

Agree with the others, you do not come here for the money. If that is not your primary target wholeheartedlyI suggest to take a closer look! Diversity is in PlagScan'S DNA and in all company areas are fun challenges to work on in a comfy environment.
PS: Could not judge, how elderly are treated, because everybody has a mindset of 30 and less.
