Unfortunately only two points… high control obsession and complicated approval processes. Very high fluctuation. People are seen as “deployable” anyway.

Paid overtime is difficult to enforce. There is constant conflict with HR, even when the supervisor has approved it. To get a compensatory day off, you have to take vacation. Workload varies greatly depending on the department.

Technically feasible. Everything also goes beyond complicated approval processes. Apprentices are gladly accepted.
