Very good! One on one conversations are always possible via Google Meets, there are weekly meetings with your close departments where you can discuss current topics.

Working hours are between 6 in the morning and 20 in the evening and you can configure your calendar as you wish. Plenty offers full-time and part-time possibilities, plus the work can be done im most cases 100% remotely.

Very professional and fair. I have been able to discuss any pending situations with my department head and I always felt supported. Good ideas have always been encouraged and implemented. There is a lot of trust that you are given in plenty, which ends up being very motivational.
Interessante Aufgaben
Always something new to do in my department, as I have direct contact to clients daily. It feels great to be able to listen to customer needs and strategies and support them to implement them.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Always possible. I had 6 months of training approved, and more is coming. So just ask HR.
