The company's culture is that ALL communication must be done via Skype so nobody talks to nobody. It is dead silent all day and this is had to get used to.

Typical Rocket Internet company with erratic management decisions. The first commitment is always with the shareholders and employees are not often heard. Some heads of department are great, some are very very wrong for the job.

Some people have nothing to do all day, some are overworked. But the main problem is that some of the work given makes little practical sense
