We need more transparency in the decisions made my the C-level people. Also there must be a possibility to raise the salaries and recruit new key employees.

The working atmosphere is quite nice, but in some departments we have some cliques formed up, which act a bit detached ( especially younger coworkers )
Kommunikation
The communication in the IT-department is very good, but between the departments a meaningful communication becomes difficult. Too many people are always involved. Flat hierarchies are needed and a better distribution of competences.

plista has a huge amount of benefits for us all. They offer a cooperation with a KITA, yoga, a fitness-room, every wednesday there is cooked food and a lot of charity programs.

The behaviour of the superior managers in the IT is excellent.
Interessante Aufgaben
So probably there are a lot of nice challenges and its much fun to solve those problems. But the whole business model is not that interesting.
Gleichberechtigung
plista guarantees equal rights for all groups, but my individual feelings says that some people who bring themselves with off-topics ( or not that important/well drafted topics ) in the focus get more opportunities and salary than people who really work hard and focused.

There is no difference and plista doesn't have so many "old" employees

We have good laptops, but its very hard nowadays to get licences for tools and software ( many restrictions from the mother-company )

The salary is not comparable with other IT-companies located in Berlin. plista really needs to improve here.
Its often a main-reason for employees who left the company.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
plista really tries to give you the opportunity to improve your skills and offers a lot for education. There is no promotion system at plista ( no junior , mid or senior titles e.g. ).
