Firing people without a reason or not being honest about the reason, without a prior performance evaluation. You are the biggest professional mistake I have ever made in over 25 years of experience and the biggest disappointment.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Empty words. Before accepting this job I red the previous ratings and I didn`t want to believe that is true, maybe a few isolated cases. I don`t think you have the capability to change as long as you are not true to your values.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Nothing is what it seems to be. Do not be fooled by the good rating. They "recommend" you to evaluate them in your first two weeks but they need six months to figure out if they are pleased with you.

Oh, if something is great in this company is the image. But is only an image. They present themselves as fair and comunicative. They promote an evaluation system in which you are periodically evaluated and guided. "You learn as you go", is their motto. And every mistake is noted down on the list with reasons to let you go.
Work-Life-Balance
If you are working from home work-life balance is working pretty well. You are using your water, your electricity, your food.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
I don`t see it like a place where you can build your career. There are well positioned individuals that make certain you remain a non threat to their seats.
Gehalt/Benefits
Smaller salaries than anywhere in Dental Technik. Don`t make the mistake to let yourself mesmerized by the promoted immage. The unemplyment money don`t look so good.

As I said, nothing is what is seems.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The old team is already bonded. Is a matter of luck to be accepted and /or included, especially if they are German.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The age and culture gap is visible. This company is reminding me of a child playing business.

Lack of transparency. Poor communication. No effort to meet half way. Unavailability.
Arbeitsbedingungen
My home is very comfortable as work environment. They spent a lot of money to expand the offices and modernize them but they have cut expences with personell. Is just a marketing manouver. You have access to the most valuable perks after your trial period.
Kommunikation
When you are hired they present themselves as a English speaking company but in fact is a German company run by Germans whose English is poor. So is comming handy to know German because you will soon discover that they don`t really understand what you communicate.
Gleichberechtigung
Some are more equal than others.
Interessante Aufgaben
Not really. A monkey could be trained to do the job and it would be cheaper.
