Listen to your employees, stop managing everything and stop discussing everything everywhere. Give employees/ freelancers the right to do their jobs probably and make a course how to lead a company. This is horrible!!!!!!!

Kommunikation

Very poor communication because everyone wants to decide over everything . This is how micromanagement starts. No one communicates over really important decisions

There are many freelancers and so there are not many people who can call themselves colleagues m. People talk behind their backs about others - also the founders talk behind other employees backs in a bad manner

Overtime and working on weekends is really normal

Bosses are sneaky and try to find things out about employees to get rid of them

Depends on the department. But everyone does everything so if you are loud than come here and you can do everything but it won’t make the company better

We do have freelancers supporting our team on projects critical to SunshineSmile's overall goals. Our preference as a company is to prioritize hiring regular employees where it makes sense to do so (for example, on long-term projects). The large majority of recent additions to the team (over 90% of employees hired in 2019) have been non-freelance employees.

Again, we are sorry to hear about the negative experience and would really like to be able to use this chance to improve it. We therefore encourage you to approach the HR team for further assistance.
