Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The atmosphere , transparency, flexibilty.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Ask me after 6 months.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
At the moment I can`t find anything.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The office atmosphere is awesome, relaxed.
Work-Life-Balance
This is one of the things I love.
Gehalt/Benefits
The payment is made on time.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I am still at the beginning and working in home office. I can`t quite evaluate objectively because my data base doesn`t have enough data, but also I can`t complain.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
The atmosphere is so nice that you forget about age. Everybody is young.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
My senior is friendly and professional.
Arbeitsbedingungen
The office has daylight, propper desks and chairs, air conditioning, several kitchens where you are offered water, coffee, milk and cereals, fruits, refreshments. We have also teraces for fresh air and a grill area.
Kommunikation
At the beginning working in home office was not exactly my piece of pie. It was like jumping on a running train. I love the transparency and all the meetings and openness.
Gleichberechtigung
As far as I could see there is equality and fairness.
Interessante Aufgaben
I get never bored.
