Noch besser untereinander vernetzen und dezentralisieren/Regionen aufbauen. Bessere Bezahlung. Kinderbetreuung für eigene Mitarbeiter in allen Standorten!

Betriebsrat wäre ein Go nach vorn.
Um gute Leute zu halten oder auch anzuziehen, wäre ein besseres Gehalt von Vorteil. Die Atmo wäre deutlich besser ohne Heuchelei oder gegenseitiges Aushorchen. Offenheit schafft Vertrauen.
