Durning Christmas time there is alot of work to do. However with the HR system in place, you are able to track your time and have extra time off when needed. The managers are also very flexiable when important or urgent matters come up.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
When I started I knew nothing about the printing process. The company paid for me to get professional training on both production and the techincal aspects of the machines. They really want to give you the tools to succeed.

The company hires a chef once a week who comes and makes food for everyone. They also put on events after the busy season for everyone to relax as well as the fitness studio. They really try to make work an enjoyable place to come for everyone.

Interessante Aufgaben
It is alot of fun producing different products for different customers. This year we have worked with Celebrities, Marvel, Disney and the list goes on. It is alot of fun making the images come to life and seeing the different results.
