Für (Arzt-)Termine oder wenn etwas mit den Kindern der Arbeitnehmer ist, ist immer Verständnis vorhanden.
Leider sind die Arbeitszeiten nicht flexibel (genug) und 25 Urlaubstage doch recht wenig.
