Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Trust in one another, high level of responsibility, open communication, amazing product, which the team believes in. A successful business that has kept its easy-going startup culture. People work hard and are really good at what they do. It's highly motivating.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The product is highly versatile and can solve problems for companies worldwide. More focus could be placed on where and when it makes sense to should expand, to ensure that we have the capacity and capability to successfully serve these new markets.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Relaxed, friendly, really talented people who work hard but who aren't afraid to share a joke or two and who like to hang out after work as well
