Great environment with great team and colleagues
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The people here are great and the Management is very self-reflective. An attitude likes this makes you highly believe in aiming the right overall goals. It is clear that the product is highly needed by the market which makes my own work very valuable. That´s great.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
It would be great to slow down at the right time
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Very Open and everyone´s needs are taken into consideration.
Work-Life-Balance
It is a fast-growing company which results in a high pace and varying workload. Nevertheless, there´s nothing to complain about.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
I am in a great team but I guess every team n the company is great.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Always good and professionell
Arbeitsbedingungen
Great Office in the heart of Berlin with good equipment and fresh fruit and drinks.
Kommunikation
The communication is good but there is always room for improvement.
Gleichberechtigung
We are all citizens of planet earth.
Interessante Aufgaben
If you are interested in something you can follow the topic and work on it pro-actively. That´s great!
