Nach einer sorgfältigen Bewerbung mit CV, Anschreiben sowie Arbeitszeugnissen auf eine ausgeschriebene Stelle, habe ich nach nunmehr sechs Wochen noch immer keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten.
Trotz einer Nachfrage per E-Mail und einem Anruf mit Bitte um eine kurze Info.
Das hinterlässt einen unprofessionellen und nicht wertschätzenden Eindruck. Das Mindeste ist eine Standardabsage per E-Mail oder ein Hinweis, dass der Prozess noch andauert.

Die Kommunikation könnte hier und dort noch besser sein. Sicherlich hilfreich wäre es, vorher zu wissen wie viele Personen am Bewerbungsgespräch teilnehmen. Anrufe spät am Abend (nach 20 Uhr) empfand ich als unangenehm, unabhänging vom Inhalt. Diese sollten auf jeden Fall früher erfolgen oder vorher (z.B. als Mail) angekündigt werden.
