Never boring, very international and extra-ordinary team feeling.
FührungskraftHat zum Zeitpunkt der Bewertung im Bereich IT bei PSI Metals GmbH in Berlin gearbeitet.
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Very focussed on respecting each one's strengths and individuality. Very team focussed. Feels like "my family at work".
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Berlin office is located in a superb area near Hackescher Markt. But the internals of the office could need some revamping, it is a bit of a carpet and closed door atmosphere like in the 90ies.
Work-Life-Balance
There is quite some travel necessary, and with industrial customers working 24/7 you have a lot of freedom to choose your working time, but one or the other weekend or late-evening work might happen.
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
Content of the work is digitalization and optimization in the metals industry. That means a lot of energy saving challenges to tackle.
