Generally the balance in everything. The particular industry is challenging beyond being tech in general. Somehow innovation, communication and transparency are being handled very well compared to most companies I've been enrolled with over the past 16 years.
The recruiting/interview process and onboarding was very smooth and not stretched out over a long period of time. Fluid communication, fast responses, interviews being a dialogue rather than side a asks side b answers. Onboarding and setup of the work environment was easy and straight forward despite the challenges of the rather complex ecosystem.
Team atmosphere is amazing and communication beyond the boundaries of the team as well. Generally very friendly with faking things. We are all humans and not flawless. Everyone should keep that in mind and not judging to harsh and expect perfection all the time.
