No salary structure, Not clear Career path, Not Fair job title, not stable job position, lots of transition.

Pressure instead of motivation. i dont know how bank trust to use the software as the software are full of bugs, there is no time to test or write document. application are passed to bank without testing to get better OKR. Business analyst is doing job of scrum master, There is no Product Owner. Nobody write test, Developer dont follow Git Strategy. Scrum masters all left company. QA doing manual test on 5% of application and release managers have no idea what they are delivering. if your esmiation is real you are not performing good because you dont use AI. if you want to improve something also or discuss a problem you are a bad guy, dont complain just bring suggestion. there is no retro anymore.

Tech stack is old, core banking is just SQL store procedure, QA is doing manaul test. Developers can not test as Dev enviroment is always broken
