Es gibt wenig Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Teams, die meisten Mitarbeiter sind Einzelkämpfer, was einer guten Arbeitsatmosphäre nicht zuträglich ist.

Die Regelung zur Arbeitszeiterfassung ermöglicht ein ausgewogenes Verhältnis zwischen Arbeit und Freizeit.

Befristete Verträge sind bei Einstellungen die Regel.

Die Unternehmensleitung sagt, sie sei transparent, aber in Wirklichkeit gibt es nur sehr wenig Kommunikation.

good thing was home office

had a lot of overtime, which I was unable to reduce, although I was promised to do so; sometimes they called me in the evening on my private phone

some of the co-workers are very supporting and nice

there are no "older" co-workers - mainly young employees work here

poor leadership (you´ll never get any answer if you ask something, job description was totaly different, poor time management etc.)

poor internet connection, good thing was home office

very bad, as every communication will go through chats - so you´ll turn your PC on and´ll have like 300 messages. so you´ll miss a lot of important information just because it´s not priotitized and you´ll have a total overload reading everything

salary was ok, you are not allowed to go on vacation in january, you can work abroad if you want to

the job description was completely different from what I was supposed to do, they will ask for a lot of experience and education to basically change some ppt-presentations the whole day

What I like about the employer
Man tut hier wirklich Gutes - die Welt der Gesundheitsversorgung zu verändern ist nicht einfach, aber Qunomedical ist am richtigen Weg. Das Team ist mit Herz dabei und unterstützt Patienten weltweit jeden Tag. Die Führungsebene ist transparent und Entscheidungen sind nachvollziehbar.
