No real career paths, due to the small size. You'd have to be proactive and find your path here. People are open to discuss developments but this isn't a place to accumulate large titles and have regular 3-day trainings.

Benefits are very good considering the size of the company. Processes for salary (increases) are not as standardized as you'd imagine in a large corporation. As with WLB you have to be proactive here.
