Nice people (most) and good work life balance. That's all I can think of.
A lot, see above.
Buy laptops! Everyone wants them, no one gets them. It's 2020 guys... With laptops, meetings would be so much better and productive because no one has to fiddle around with an old meeting laptop anymore. And home office would also be possible. Also, learn to respect the work others are doing. Throwing away lots of written code without even talking to someone before or after it's not how you do software development or team work.
Everything feels a lot like in a very early startup. Unorganised, too much work to do for too few people which results in poor software quality.
No pressure to got something done, at least as a developer.
Organic coffee beans... that's all I know of.
Is there any?
There's not much communication at all unfortunately.
Good - Quiet, big, single room office. Big enough desks, 2 monitors. Many lunch opportunities nearby. Roof top terrace.
Bad - No Laptops, only desktop PCs (yes, really, this still exists...). It's only possible to work from home with your own hardware. Unless you want to carry your desktop PC home. No free OS choice, Linux is standard (maybe you can insist to get something other).
Not much transparency or information from the management. Day to day work is very unorganised and unstructured. No meaningful agile workflows in the team.
Good salary, sometimes some days too late.
Only partially. It happens often that you are just an HTML/CCS monkey and do the more simplistic styling work. Or you are the "clean up guy", who has to implement the remaining 20% of a task because the original developer who started it is already working on something else. But sometimes there are also interesting topics to be fair...
