It is a very young startup but ratyonal's list of clients could not be more impressive. The managing partners, being ex-Google and ex-Sanofi industry leaders have a track record of excellence so it is not a surprise that the firm has managed to attract some of the biggest clients in German healthcare
Work-Life-Balance
Work-life balance could not be better. There is no requirement to be in office between 8 and 9 am as wrongly stated in another review

All depends on the quality of your work. The best part is that in a startup of this size your work can actually make a considerable impact on the overall success of the business

Despite the team being young, the firm is open to having older colleagues. In fact we have many meaningful interactions with older colleagues from the parent company

Excellent. You have all you need. The office is in fact located in the most scenic spot a little outside of Frankfurt, so when you are in office you have the opportunity to step outside during breaks and enjoy nature (a rarity in Frankfurt)
Gleichberechtigung
Of course. Everyone is accepted and given a fair chance regardless of their background or ethnic origin. Despite being non-German I have felt extremely welcome and at home here. I got help with my blue card application and my colleagues were always willing to help me settle in
