The responsible people at RM&Co are well aware of topics than can be improved and they try to do so. An informal "educational lunch break" called Lunch & Learn has just been launched, where juniors come together, once a month, to discuss certain project-based topics in order to learn from one another.

Very relaxed atmosphere from the founding partner all the way down to the intern with a high level of appreciation for good or demanding work
