Best working environment with lot of growth
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Everything, you are give lot of opportunity and freedom to do the work on your own. There is learning at every step. After working hours, there are great get togethers for drinks and chilling
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Nothing literally nothing
Verbesserungsvorschläge
One of the best company to work for, super nice colleagues , very good working environment. Especially the HR team is very nice humble and understand your issue. They consider everyone people who are also leaving. I will highly recomend this company. I left for personal growth as the only 1 problem is that while focusing on profit so much, that do not consider giving hike to the employees who deserves it.Rebuy should definately consider this, because if employee is not happy money wise , how can you make a profit
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The atmosphere is fun to work with, very relaxed , wfh option
Work-Life-Balance
Rebuy really takes care of work life balance very important
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Amazing
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Manager Behaviour is good , but should consider giving hike according to the inflation. Otherwise it is really good management
Kommunikation
Communication is very clear on point and everything is transparent
Interessante Aufgaben
Task depends from team to team, but you are challenegd at the work which is good for your own sake
