Even as it is a young founders team there is so much wisdom and knowledge. Also the founders do listen well and make smart decisions. Communication is sometimes a bit behind. It is sometimes hard as an employ to stay up to date as there is so much news and some organizational processes are still work in progress.

Working at the office is great. Being able to work remote if necessary is also an option. As it is a small office it sometimes lacks meeting/collaboration capacity and get pretty crowded sometimes.
