I worked at Recyda as a Working Student in HR and had a very positive experience. From day one, I felt welcomed, trusted, and motivated. The work culture is open, respectful, and supportive, and ideas are taken seriously. Even as a working student, I was given real responsibility and felt valued. Recyda is a great place to grow and learn, and I would definitely recommend it.

It would be beneficial to create clearer full-time opportunities or transition paths for experienced working students. Offering more transparency around long-term possibilities could help retain strong contributors and make better use of existing experience within the team.
