Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
Big office and very nice meeting rooms. Also, people were nice and friendly.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I think there are too many managers that have no idea about software.
Also the quality of some people part of the CAP team is not so good.
For example, there were some guys that were completely not related to programming(difference between TD and FD was not known) and they were kept for almost 2 years in team. It took 2 years for management to see it.
Until recently the product owners and project managers were not so related to the software field.
