Start-up atmosphere. Good feedback culture. Trustful and open corporate culture.
We have flexible working hours which is really nice and you can do home office if you like to. Vacation entitlement is over the average! I've never faced issues when it came to a vacation request.
Most of the colleagues are really nice, open minded and friendly. It is not allowed to say names here but there are some really inspiring individuals!
I've never faced issues by myself or heard anything about discrimination of employees because of their age.
The C-level management does a really good job is down-to-earth and always approachable. There is no hierarchical barrier at all. They always try to be maximum transparent about every decision they made - which I find really important. Supervisors attache importance to regular 1-on-1 meetings, half-annual and annual personnel reviews - thumbs up!
Quite nice well equipped office. Lots of meeting rooms. Two kitchen areas. A nice roof top terrace with BBQ. Free coffee and fruits. Good infrastructure.
The management does a really good job to be transparent. We've got for e.g. a semi-weekly "Ask Us Anything" session which is organized and moderated by the management, a monthly Grand Production Review, where the departments do present their projects and where you can get an update about what is going on in the company. And I really like our monthly internal News Letter.
With more than 10 different nationalities in the company the diversity is very high. There is no doubt about equal treatment at the company.
Really cool products and technology!
Keine extravagante Bezahlung (Startup).
Keine Klimaanlage, Baustelle nebenan.
Nice atmosphere, nice colleagues, nice office
Flexible working time & place of work. What more can I say?
Yearly budgets for individual trainings.
The few we had, weren't old in their minds, so no difference.
They do their best to be as much transparent as possible for the whole team. They are organizing monthly company meetings (to present the succes since last time and updating about company related topics), they do a biweekly Q&A sessions where everyone can ask anything anonymously.
It's easy to see the passion and the dedication they put into this company and their employees. I worked for a bunch of companies and they did give a s%!+.
Very open and transparent
Equal rights? Between man and woman? Nothin to talk about. Everyone has equal rights.
In the past more interesting regarding individual projects. Now more focus on products but not not interesting.
Wer Work Life Balance sucht sollte woanders hingehen.
Unterdurchschnittlich. Obstschale soll es rausreissen.
Naiver Zusammenhalt.
Untereinander ganz gut.
RE'FLEKT has a good visibility in AR/VR market. The company directors have a huge network and marketing apparently does its job.
The working conditions for software engineers are horrible. There's no time to do your work properly and you rely on junior "developers" mostly. If you want to make even low-level decisions (e.g. coding guidelines) you need to convince even people outside of the company. And all this only to finally notice that people cannot even stick to simple guidelines. Salary only depends on people who have no understanding of software development or how to achieve a successful (software) product.
Get a CTO with engineering background in charge - above the current company leadership. That might save the day!
When I left the atmosphere was on the bottom. No possible way down anyway! Can only become better :-)
People are mostly complaining about the company. Apart from marketing guys. The image from outside the company is pretty positive opposed to reality.
I'm effectively working about 2h a day, so I cannot complain. But there were times I worked even on weekends.
Mostly good, but motivated people are underpaid.
Small training budget but seems OK for a small company. However, a lot of people require training to fulfil their daily tasks.
There're some groups of people. I cannot say everyone sticks together, it's rather one group against another one.
The feedback was not very useful. I was usually not involved into any decisions concerning my projects.
No internet but (SOME) very nice people helping you out when you need help.
... and I thought Germans are negative ... but EVERYONE is complaining every day! And only behind the backs ...
Only few people are honest.
Bad salary. It's too late to offer high raise when you already mentally quit the company.
No women in round table. Sometimes sexist comments.
Cannot be recommended for software development. Interesting problems to solve are solved by 3rd party libraries.
You hear a lot of complaining by everyone. Heated arguments every second day. The good ones are leaving or think about leaving, which is not motivating.
Strong mismatch between internal and external image.
It's a startup, don't expect regular work days or free weekends.
No experienced people, training budget is not enough.
Might be ok for a startup, but low on average.
Lots of I don't care, not my problem attitude.
No one older than 40
Management is chaotic, not efficient.
Not enough space. Bad WiFi. Only desk lamps for lighting. Way too much bureaucracy for a startup. Way too many meetings.
Bad communication between management and development. Language barriers with lots of french, russian, german people that speak poor english.
Very low number of female employees. Some sexist remarks/behaviour behind their backs.
Most recent tech, true. But only low quality by the numbers projects. No time for creativity.
