Energetic youthful teams
Miscommunication makes one feel somewhat betrayed
Could be better
Disappointing wage. Huge differences between departments
Keine extravagante Bezahlung (Startup).
Keine Klimaanlage, Baustelle nebenan.

Big office and very nice meeting rooms. Also, people were nice and friendly.
I think there are too many managers that have no idea about software.
Also the quality of some people part of the CAP team is not so good.
For example, there were some guys that were completely not related to programming(difference between TD and FD was not known) and they were kept for almost 2 years in team. It took 2 years for management to see it.
Until recently the product owners and project managers were not so related to the software field.
Add more good software people.
RE'FLEKT has a good visibility in AR/VR market. The company directors have a huge network and marketing apparently does its job.
The working conditions for software engineers are horrible. There's no time to do your work properly and you rely on junior "developers" mostly. If you want to make even low-level decisions (e.g. coding guidelines) you need to convince even people outside of the company. And all this only to finally notice that people cannot even stick to simple guidelines. Salary only depends on people who have no understanding of software development or how to achieve a successful (software) product.
Get a CTO with engineering background in charge - above the current company leadership. That might save the day!
When I left the atmosphere was on the bottom. No possible way down anyway! Can only become better :-)
People are mostly complaining about the company. Apart from marketing guys. The image from outside the company is pretty positive opposed to reality.
I'm effectively working about 2h a day, so I cannot complain. But there were times I worked even on weekends.
Mostly good, but motivated people are underpaid.
Small training budget but seems OK for a small company. However, a lot of people require training to fulfil their daily tasks.
There're some groups of people. I cannot say everyone sticks together, it's rather one group against another one.
The feedback was not very useful. I was usually not involved into any decisions concerning my projects.
No internet but (SOME) very nice people helping you out when you need help.
... and I thought Germans are negative ... but EVERYONE is complaining every day! And only behind the backs ...
Only few people are honest.
Bad salary. It's too late to offer high raise when you already mentally quit the company.
No women in round table. Sometimes sexist comments.
Cannot be recommended for software development. Interesting problems to solve are solved by 3rd party libraries.
* There are plenty of career opportunities going forward.
* We are working with the latest technologies
* Infrastructure is insufficient. This is a completely internet based company, but it only has a 50MBit line, non redundant, very bad WiFi and the work place ergonomy is way too bad.
* Generally, the management appears extremely stingy
* Not much room for creativity
* More trust to your employees
* Better infrastructure
Reality does not quite fit the image. Image I guess is very polished, but internal structure is somewhat chaotic. But that is an effect of moving out of Startup into a proper Company. This also requires people with high motivation which are able to self-manage to a certain level.
A team of very talented and very nice people who create amazing stuff for their customers - all on the edge of the newest technology. It never felt like work, because I had so much fun.
Some bullet points:
- agile and very well organized
- team events also for fun - great team spirit
- employees get time for research and present their results in "share your knowledge" sessions
- Highly interesting technologies and cool AR/VR devices (e.g. Hololens, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift, Gear VR...)
- International working environment (working language is english for the most part)
- If you are willing to participate and motivated, you can assume responsibility very quickly
- Working on the future of Industry and Marketing Visualizations and Smart Data
- In case you are not an independent person who likes to participate and wants to get involved, you might get lost in a (sometimes) a little chaotic work and project environment
Dadurch entsteht das nächste No-Go: Der Platzmangel.
FAZIT: NEVER EVER AGAIN!
Ganz nette, internationale Kollegen
Organisation
Unterdurchschnittliche Bezahlung
Mangelnde Erfahrung
So verdient kununu Geld.
