The hotel has a good public name, and looks good on the CV, that’s about it.

Absolutely no spark of humanity to be found especially among management.
Everyone is aware that the industry is not for the faint hearted, however the fact that we still happen to be humans has no effect on this hotel. The way you are treated depends on how the day started for certain people. Good hotel on the outside, horrendous management on the inside.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
- Upper Management should take note that a functioning hotel/ company can only successfully run on staff which isn’t mistreated or verbally abused, not to forget that the industry is in desperate need of workers (preferably with experience) which is all the more reason why to treat said staff with respect and an occasional thank you, (as one is already saving costs at all the wrong ends - these things don’t cost one anything at all)!
