start to care about your employees and start paying them fair salaries maybe they will come back to the industry
Arbeitsatmosphäre
mostly a great atmosphere as long as you are busy with your wonderful guests, the moment you are back with your superiors there is no atmosphere left anymore its cold and you do not feel like you want to be there at all
Karrierechancen
very low possibilities to achieve a promotion and if you receive a change in your title they will reward you with 10-50€ salary on top...
Arbeitszeiten
All I recall is over Hours work every day and 7 days a week on the plate as well
Ausbildungsvergütung
1. 750€ 2. 850€ 3. 950€ its pretty much impossible to be paying less than this for the fact that you classically work 60h a week and nothing is actually written down at all

F&B Management hat sehr altmodische Ansichten und Arbeitsweisen und absolut keine Führungsqualitäten
