Thirdparty employer, horrible administration

The company is a third party that handles contracts for employees whos employer is based in other countries. But they often don't actually know the laws of the country of the employee. You constantly have to correct the contracts they send you and inform them about local laws. Communication is only available via chatbot, that also doesn't give straight answers about your own uploaded files. You can be referred to a human contact though via the chat. Till the end they got my vacation dates wrong and even the human contact didn't know how to calculate that correctly or give me an answer on how many days are left etc. as it was not displayed correctly in the software. At the end, the confirmation letter of employment was also wrong, stating the wrong hours and dates. After requesting it to be changed, I was asked what exactly I needed changing, although it was 1. already stated in my message and 2. all the information are there in the system.
Good thing: payment was always on time, bad thing: communication is really bad and it feels like they don't know what they are doing when it comes to laws.
