No career path, bad management, team leads are so full of themselves they don’t know how to actually lead people and therefore no results are achieved. Everything is a mess and toxic, toxic, toxic environment.

People are nice by themselves, but atmosphere is toxic

Many of the people don’t know how to give feedback or communicate if something goes wrong

After 6pm you can switch the computer
Interessante Aufgaben
So boring and nothing is automatised. Horrible from 2023 perspective when AI will overtake so many tasks
