I haven't found anything bad so far. As there are integration processes, it's just human that not everything works perfectly from day one. But overall, I feel really happy within my team and I like the software that I help to sell.

I like the over all atmosphere. I feel like our values are more than just a few nice words on the wall and that people are really willing to live these in their everyday work life.

I like the purpose that our software solutions have. In general, they all help people to get their daily tasks done way easier than without our solutions. That's what I like about our products - they do have an impact.
Work-Life-Balance
As we are a global company, some meetings are later in the afternoon because of the different time zones. But the company really tries to keep that to a minimum and whenever someone is not able to participate, they are covered from their colleagues.

I really enjoy working with my colleagues. The organisation behind our team is really good and we can work transparently with our manager and other departments. Everybody is really willing to help, not only when you're a new member of the team.
