Early-stage startup with an important mission, fast growth and some challenges
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The chance to build a really innovative and eco-friendly product with other dedicated, smart people
Verbesserungsvorschläge
- Internal recruiting processes should work better
- more transparency in decisions early-on
- more team events
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Great! I like my job
Work-Life-Balance
No to little overtime, no shift work and it's easy to get time off for personal stuff
Gehalt/Benefits
good salary in comparison to similar jobs in the industry
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
reverse.supply is working on a solution to help fashion industry become more sustainable.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The team sticks together and has each others backs. Especially in difficult situations people really stand up for each other
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are some colleagues in the company that are older, so I don't see any issues here
Vorgesetztenverhalten
The company has grown a lot over the past months, which led to a different, direct leadership style from the management and ambitious targets. It would be good to involve team leads and the people in the teams more into decision-making and goal setting earlyon.
Kommunikation
Communication is working well within teams, but sometimes a challenge between teams and through the hierarchy. It is clear that the management is trying to change that and become more transparent. After recent layoffs in the company, there was very clear, direct communication and discussion across all levels what happened, why it happened and what could have been done better - this was good and I hope the team can keep this for the future.
Gleichberechtigung
Diverse team with many nationalities, genders and also age groups
Interessante Aufgaben
depends on the job and position you are in - some warehouse jobs seem quite dull, other tasks more interesting and diverse
