Arbeitsatmosphäre

Morale and motivation of the team have been on a constant decline since the first mass lay-off in November 2022. No company culture, no company values. Both has been addressed multiple times by employees but obviously not a priority to management.
No leadership.
No feedback culture.

Kommunikation

This has been addressed countless times by the employees. Transparent, honest and clear communication is still nowhere to be found. No learning from past mistakes and feedback.

Almost three years after the company had been founded it’s still lacking many processes and structures leading to big ups and downs in workload due to bad planning and little alignment between teams.

Only 1 1/2 meeting rooms.

Dear feedback-provider,

I am very sorry for your personal bad experiences with reverse.supply and I would like to thank you very much for your honest feedback. It is not an easy one and you mention many points that reverse.supply needs to work on. The past year and the layoffs have brought great challenges for everyone involved - and "fortunately" there was a lack of experience on all sides. We can learn from these times - and from feedback like yours. We are now pursuing many topics, such as working atmosphere, company culture, values, leadership and, above all, communication & considering feedback, with great vigor. The good team cohesion you mentioned very positively is something we are also very grateful for. Because without the team, reverse.supply would not be where it is now.

At this point, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you sincerely for your contribution.
